What do bars have to enjoy besides… cocktails? Below are 4 addresses for you to explore.
1. Con Voi
Although hidden in a small alley, Con Voi has an open frontage and can park motorbikes and cars. The first time you visit the restaurant, it will be a bit difficult for you to recognize it because the Con Voi’s outside is covered with a tight black curtain. If you show signs of struggling to look ahead, the shop owner will appear to give thoughtful instructions. Even parking the car for you, according to some guests.
The cozy, friendly atmosphere like the restaurant next door at Con Voi is very suitable for drinking alone or with close friends. That’s why, if you need a bar to impress your partner, Con Voi will not be very suitable.
Con Voi has:
Quality gin collection, selected with the owner’s knowledge and passion for cocktails.
Good vibe! Warm, friendly space, and cocktails decorated very “Instagrammable”.
Take-away cocktails are available, with convenient home delivery service for lazy days.

Address: 44 Ngo Quang Huy, Thao Dien, District 2
2. Yugen Bar
Like Alice going into a rabbit hole, at the end of an alley that doesn’t seem like a bar exists, you come to Yugen – a place imbued with Japanese breath in the bartending style and the atmosphere.
If you like cocktails with lots of fruit flavors, Yugen may not be the ideal destination. Japanese cocktails tend to emphasize technique and use strong alcohol, even in fruity glasses.
Yugen Bar has:
First up: a snack menu to enjoy with cocktails! We don’t go drinking on an empty stomach, and bars don’t usually have extra kitchens. Therefore, the food menu at Yugen (fries, grilled chicken, cold cuts, cheese…) ensures that you can come and sip 1-2 glasses of wine right after work.
The layout blends nature with modernity to create a relaxing feeling. From small details like the menu to the wooden door frame overlooking the Japanese marble tree outside, all are taken care of.
Skillful “performance” (capable of causing dizziness) of the bartenders when mixing.
Cocktails are available for home delivery (order 1 day in advance).

Address: 95/32 Le Thi Rieng, District 1
3. Madam Kew
Madam Kew is located above Quince, a famous fine-dining restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. If you’re wondering, then yes, they share the same owner. Continuing its “brother”, Madam Kew brings all the elements of a reputable entertainment place: beautiful space, delicious drinks, and attentive service.
The new shop opened in October this year and is still in the soft-opening period (trial sale).
Madam Kew has:
Special attention to the customer’s taste, ready to “mix it up” if the cocktails brought out do not satisfy you.
The design is reminiscent of old Saigon, a time when people gave this land the beautiful name “Pearl of the Far East”. Red lanterns hanging high, Chinese-style carved wood details, narrow corridors on the balcony overlooking the street combined with benches… will leave you lingering even after you leave.
Every night at Madam Kew there is a different music event (live singing, DJ…).

Address: 37bis Ky Con, District 1
4. Blanche bar + dessert
The main idea behind the drinks at Blanche: unique, conquering the unique taste of Asian people.
Because it has just come into operation, Blanche is still in the process of developing and cherishing many projects for the near future such as: opening a rooftop area (outdoor drinking area), completing the dessert menu, and launching a fashion brand. (leather goods and accessories) to enhance customer experience.
Blanche bar + dessert currently has:
“Collection” of unique flavors. Application of molecular gastronomy to distill, and ferment foods (such as tomatoes, strawberries, apricots, and kombucha tea…) and pairing ( combining) Cocktails with matching dishes.
Bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Every ingredient at the shop has its own story and Blanche doesn’t hesitate to share with you how they create layers of flavor inside the glass.
