2. Cao Xiem Peak

Xiem Cao Peak, also known as Khau Khoang Peak or Flag Tower, is known as the “roof” of Quang Ninh with an altitude of 1,429m above sea level. Visitors can conquer this mountain peak through a route more than 7km long. The road follows the mountainside, passing through rocky mountains and grassy hills, creating a challenging journey for those who love trekking and exploring wild nature. 3. Khe Van Waterfall

Khe Van Waterfall, a unique tourist destination in Quang Ninh, belongs to Huc Dong commune, 100km from Ha Long. With a height of nearly 100m, the waterfall is divided into 3 beautiful levels. The first floor has a large space with a rock rising like an image of a prostrate elephant. The second floor is a flowing water stream divided into two, one side is big, and the other is small like silk strips running across the forest. Finally, the top floor is where you can admire the charming beauty of the waterfall. Song Mooc village, is a rare and beautiful gem located among rolling mountains, shining with the beauty of rich national culture. When walking on the trail, through winding terraced fields, visitors will be fascinated by the roofs alternating between anise forests and the fragrant scent of cinnamon.

When you arrive in the village and enter the houses with yin and yang roofs of the Binh Lieu Dao ethnic group, you will have the opportunity to learn about the unique cultural features here. Binh Lieu market attracts tourists because it is not only a place to trade but also a unique destination to learn about diverse ethnic cultures. On weekends, visitors have the opportunity to stroll around the market in the town center or Dong Van commune market. It is most crowded from 10 a.m. onwards, when goods vehicles, and people gather in the aisles. At the market, people from neighboring communes and districts flock to bring goods, agricultural, and forestry products to exchange and trade. Outstanding products include bathing leaves, ethnic medicinal herbs, wild honey, wild bamboo shoots, and many unique items imbued with identity and characteristic flavor.
